Arthur Hooper is a husband and a father of four. He has eight grandchildren and resides in Washington State. Fishing, watching football and collecting Pez dispensers are some of his hobbies. He has an AA degree in Graphic communications at Clark College in Vancouver, Washington, and is continuing his education in theology.
